At our Community Service Centers, you can learn more about and get help with many different types of health programs and other free services. Affinity Health Plan has been offering New York State-sponsored free or low-cost health coverage to New Yorkers who have Medicaid or no health insurance at. We also give our Members information to help them seek care wisely. We work with over 26,000 primary care and specialty doctors and other health providers to make sure our Members get the services they need. We are always looking for new and better ways to improve your health care. Our managed care programs meet the need for coverage among people who are “underserved,” those who may find it hard to get health care for different reasons such as language barriers, social and economic status or other factors. We promise to work hard to make it easy to get the care you need. Each of our Members can count on our promise of great customer service. Our goal is to help our Members stay healthy.
